Quality and Freshness Guarantee
Please keep in mind that all of our Bath Soaks are made in small batches to ensure quality and freshness. This may occasionally lead to slightly longer order processing times.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 4:00 PM MST will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We ship via USPS and UPS. Delivery times suggested at checkout are only used as an example and are not guaranteed.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Orders under $50 will have shipping calculated at checkout.
International Shipping
We currently don't offer international shipping just yet but we will soon. If your are an international customer looking to order, please reach out to support@stardustbath.com
Packaging & Fragile Items
Our Bath Soaks are carefully packaged to prevent breakage and moisture damage, while creating as minimal carbon footprint as possible. If an item arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy and contact us with photos.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. You can also track your order from your account on our website.
Delays
While we do our best to meet the estimated delivery times, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
